It is crazt to think that all these horrible crimes can happen on one night/weekend. Are the law enforcement officers not doing there job? Are there not enough officers to work over that weekend?
It is interesting how all that happened in a particular region over one night. It definitely makes me wonder if authorities are doing the best job they can with paroling and keeping people safe in their communities. This Halloween night has potential every year to be fatal. On this night most people are out and about. Whether partying or trick-or-treating I believe it sets it self up for disaster without proper policing. I think this area needs to re-evaluate their strategy.
ReplyDeleteThis could be normal for this area..hard to say without looking at the crime statistics.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if any of these were inspired by the holiday or just normal levels of crime. I think police presence is ramped up for Halloween. There are more people out and about during Halloween and the presence of a masked person is normal so I could see that element allowing for more unnoticed criminals.
